Glenroy Heywood, MD
Dr. Heywood is a surgeon at the University of New Mexico and has received prestigious awards from the American Association of Cancer Research. His research involvement includes being the Principal Investigator in a study of hepatic metastases of pancreatic cancer and many of his publications deal with hepatic and pancreatic therapies.

Jeffrey R. Infante, M.D.
Dr. Infante joined the Drug Development Unit of Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI) as Investigator of Drug Development & GI Cancer Research. Infante comes to SCRI from Johns Hopkins University, where he was chief fellow of medical oncology and a member of the fellowship advisory committee. His interests focused on investigational agents & gastrointestinal malignancies. Infante received his undergraduate training at the University of Florida at Gainesville, and his medical doctorate from the University of Florida College of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency program at Parkland Memorial Hospital at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. An associate member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Infante's research interests and publications include pancreatic cancer treatment and improvement of joint mobility in children with Type 1 Diabetes.

William Isacoff, M.D.
Dr. Isacoff is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the UCLA School of Medicine in Westwood, California. He has published and lectured extensively in the United States, Canada and abroad on the effects of methotrexate, chemotherapy, and other clinical aspects of managing cancer therapies. He has received seven research grants, has worked as a consultant for numerous medical centers, and has provided editorial service to many cancer research manuscripts.

John Kresl, MD
John J. Kresl, MD, PhD, completed advanced medical educational and research training in the field of oncology as a National Institute of Health (N.I.H.) supported combined MD/PhD Fellow in Graduate Medical Science training in Molecular and Immunological Tumor Cell Biology, culminating in a Doctor of Philosophy Degree from Northwestern University Graduate School, Evanston, Illinois. In addition to basic science training, Dr. Kresl completed his clinical medical training, receiving a Medical Doctorate Degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Kresl is the Director of the Barrow Neurological Institute Cyber Knife Center and actively participates in national, regional and institutional Clinical Oncology Treatment Protocols that offer the newest and most advanced forms of treatment for tumors of all disease sites. Dr. Kresl has developed experience with and utilizes advanced modalities including Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Gamma Knife Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Cyber Knife Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Interstitial/ Intracavitary Brachytherapy, and Radioimmunotherapy for cancer patient care in addition to standard External Beam Radiation therapy. Dr. Kresl is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology in Radiation Oncology.

Daniel Laheru, M.D.
Dr. Laheru is an Assistant Professor of Medical Oncology, at both the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and The Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center in Baltimore, Maryland. His pancreatic cancer research activities include publications, invited reviews, and grants. He has been involved in both classroom and clinical instruction and is a supervising attending physician for first year fellows. He served as organizer of a Pancreas Cancer Clinical Conference and is an active member of a Pancreas Cancer Research Working Group.

Stephen Leong, M.D.
Dr Stephen Leong is an Assistant Professor of Oncology at the University of Colorado Denver Cancer Center. He is an active investigator in both the Gastrointestinal (GI) Oncology and Developmental Therapeutics Program. Dr Leong received in his medical training at Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and did his internal medicine residency at Beaumont Hospital in Dublin, Ireland and Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. He then completed his medical oncology fellowship at the University of Colorado. He is now the principal investigator of several clinical trials investigating novel cancer agents. He is also an active member of the Development Therapeutic Translational laboratory, developing novel agents and regimens for GI cancers.
